How to Return

All items can be returned in their original condition within 14 days of receiving the order. Include the completed returns form supplied with your order and use any courier service of your choice.

We do not offer free returns. Exchanges are shipped free of charge for UK customers only, and only for the same size or colour.

Use a tracked postal service and keep proof of postage until the refund is processed. We are not liable for lost parcels.

The returns form must be filled out with your order number to avoid delays in refund or exchange.

No refunds are issued for underwear or sale items.

International customers: no free returns or exchanges. To obtain another size, return the original item and place a new order on our site.

Items returned damaged, worn, or in unsuitable condition will not qualify for a refund or replacement.
